Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the "LinkedIn CRM Sidebar", the "AI Sidebar Extension", or the "Free SEO Audit Tool" (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please uninstall the Services immediately.

2. Description of Services

  • LinkedIn CRM Sidebar: A tool for organizing professional network connections, tagging profiles, and verifying connection status manually. It utilizes local storage to persist lists such as 'Connected' and 'DM Sent'.
  • AI Sidebar Extension: A multitasking wrapper that allows users to access and switch between third-party AI models (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, DeepSeek) within the browser side panel.
  • Free SEO Audit Tool: A comprehensive auditing assistant hosted in the side panel that analyzes the current webpage for SEO metrics, accessibility, and performance. It injects analysis libraries to parse content and verifies link health.

3. Technical Implementation & Permissions Consent

You explicitly acknowledge and consent to the specific technical methods the Services use to function:

Modification of Headers: You understand that to display third-party websites (Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.) within a sidebar iframe, the Services utilize declarativeNetRequest to strip security headers such as X-Frame-Options and Content-Security-Policy. You consent to this modification for the purpose of the tool's functionality.

Script Injection:

  • For the CRM, you consent to the injection of scripts that scrape public profile details (Name, Photo) when you perform manual actions.
  • For the AI Sidebar, you consent to the injection of a tracker.js script into the AI frames. You acknowledge this is strictly used to detect the current conversation URL for the "Pin" feature and not to record chat content.
  • For the SEO Audit Tool, you consent to the programmatic injection of analysis libraries (such as Readability.js) and content scripts to parse the DOM of the active tab for auditing purposes.

Network & Host Access:

  • For the SEO Audit Tool, you grant permission for the extension to access data on all websites (<all_urls>) and perform fetch requests (e.g., HTTP HEAD) to verify the status of links found on the analyzed page.

4. User Responsibilities

A. Compliance with Third-Party Terms

You agree to use the Services in compliance with the User Agreements of LinkedIn, OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, xAI, and DeepSeek. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use does not violate their policies.

B. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to use the Services to:

  • Engage in prohibited automation: Use the CRM Service to perform high-volume, automated actions (such as mass messaging) that violate LinkedIn's policies against bots.
  • Scrape data maliciously: Use the Services to extract data for the purpose of selling, reselling, or building a competing database.
  • Bypass walls: Use the AI Sidebar to attempt to bypass authentication or payment walls of third-party AI providers.
  • Perform malicious scanning: Use the SEO Audit Tool to perform Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, stress testing, or vulnerability scanning on websites you do not own or have permission to audit.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Specifically, we do not warrant that:

  • Third-party websites will continue to allow embedding via header modification. Platforms may update their security policies at any time, which could render the Services non-functional.
  • Your accounts with third parties will not be restricted due to your use of this or other tools.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data (e.g., if you clear your browser storage), account restrictions, or loss of profits.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the data you generate. As the Services use unlimitedStorage to store data locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining backups. We have no access to your data and cannot recover it if it is lost.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
