• "LinkedIn CRM Sidebar": A tool to organize and track professional connections.
• "AI Sidebar Extension": A multitasking tool designed to aggregate AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) into a single panel.
• "Free SEO Audit Tool": A professional on-page scanner for auditing technical SEO signals and content structure.

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. By using these Extensions, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Data Collection and Usage

A. LinkedIn CRM Sidebar Data

• Profile Information: When you manually choose to add a profile to the CRM, the Extension stores the publicly available Name, Profile Picture, and URL from the active browser tab.
• User-Generated Data: Stores your custom tags, status categories (e.g., "Request Sent"), and local logs of clicked profiles.
• Usage: This data is used solely to organize your contacts in the sidebar and verify connections upon your manual request.

B. AI Sidebar Extension Data

• No Chat Logging: The AI Sidebar Extension acts as a "container." It loads third-party websites within the side panel. We do not read, store, or transmit your chat history, credentials, or prompts.
• Conversation Tracking: To support the "Pin" feature, the extension detects the URL of your current chat session. This is strictly used to save the specific link to chrome.storage.local so you can return to it later.

C. Free SEO Audit Tool Data

• Transient Analysis: The extension analyzes the DOM (Document Object Model) of the active webpage in real-time to generate reports. This processing happens entirely locally within your browser's temporary memory (RAM).
• No Persistence: We do not store your scan history, keywords, or the content of the pages you audit in any database or local storage. Once you close the extension or the tab, the data is cleared unless you manually utilize the "Export" feature.

3. Data Storage and Security

We do not transmit your data to any remote servers.

• Local Storage: All data collected (profiles, lists, pinned URLs, active model state) is stored exclusively on your device using chrome.storage.local.
• No External Database: We do not own or operate a database to store your data. If you uninstall the extensions or clear your browser data, this data will be permanently deleted.

4. Third-Party Services

Our extensions facilitate interaction with the following third-party services. We are not affiliated with these providers:

• LinkedIn: (CRM Extension) Acts as a wrapper to organize public data.
• AI Providers: (AI Sidebar & CRM) Google Gemini, OpenAI (ChatGPT), Perplexity AI, xAI (Grok), and DeepSeek.
• Google Fonts: (SEO Tool) Used to render the user interface typography.

When you interact with the embedded iframes, you are directly interacting with these providers and are subject to their respective Privacy Policies.

5. Permissions Usage & Justification

We believe in transparency. Here is exactly why we request specific permissions for each extension:

A. Common Permissions (Across Extensions)

• sidePanel: Essential as the core user interface for all our tools lives in the browser's side panel. This allows you to use the CRM, AI tools, or SEO Scanner alongside your active tab without context switching.
• storage: Used to save your settings, lists, and data locally on your device. No user data is sent to external servers.
• declarativeNetRequest: (AI & CRM Only) Strictly used to modify HTTP response headers (specifically removing X-Frame-Options and Content-Security-Policy) to allow third-party websites to load successfully within the extension's iframe.

B. LinkedIn CRM Specific Permissions

• scripting: Required to programmatically inject a content script only when you perform a specific action (e.g., clicking "Request Sent"). This reads the DOM of the current page to extract Name and Image Source.
• activeTab: Grants temporary access to the data of the LinkedIn profile currently visible, allowing the CRM to capture details only when you manually interact with the extension.
• tabs: Required for two purposes: 1) Detecting if you are on a valid LinkedIn URL. 2) Supporting the "Open 5 Profiles" batch feature to open saved profiles in new background tabs.
• unlimitedStorage: Required because CRM users may accumulate years of history and thousands of entries. This permission ensures your database is not evicted by the browser due to standard storage quotas.
• Host Permissions (linkedin.com): Required to interact with profile pages and verify connection statuses on the "My Network" page.

C. AI Sidebar Specific Permissions

• Host Permissions (*.google.com, *.chatgpt.com, *.perplexity.ai, *.grok.com, *.deepseek.com): Required for two specific functions:
• 1. To enable the declarativeNetRequest rules to strip iframe-blocking headers for these specific sites.
• 2. To inject a content script (tracker.js) into these frames that detects the current conversation URL. This allows the extension's "Pin" feature to capture the correct link for your active chat session.

D. Free SEO Audit Tool Specific Permissions

• scripting: Necessary to inject the lightweight analysis scripts (Readability.js, Schema Extractor) into the active tab to read and analyze the page content for the audit.
• Host Permissions (<all_urls>): Required for the "Scanner" to function on any website you choose to audit. It is also used to perform a "Head Request" (a technical ping) to the current URL to verify if the server status is Healthy (200 OK) or Broken (e.g., 404 Error, 500 Error).

6. User Rights and Data Deletion

Since data is stored locally:

• Access: You can view all stored data directly within the Extensions' interfaces.
• Deletion: You can delete specific profiles/lists within the extensions.
• Complete Wipe: Removing the Extension from Chrome will instantly and permanently delete all data stored by that Extension.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
